The Senior Director of Planning will lead and mentor the supply and demand planning teams, building a scalable organizational structure that supports both DTC and retail growth. They will drive accountability across forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and customer fill rates. Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, the Director will align on bottoms-up forecasts, new product launches, and promotional planning. They will also identify, select, and lead implementation of advanced forecasting software/tools. Collaborating with IT and external partners, they'll optimize planning/forecasting tools and build standard operating procedures for planning and replenishment.
