Senior Product Designer, Benefits

The Senior Product Designer will own and lead design for Propel's core EBT balance checking experience — from high-level strategy to hands-on execution, delivering elegant, practical, and accessible solutions. This role translates product goals, user needs, and business insights into clear, thoughtful design decisions across the entire product development lifecycle. They will help run user research and synthesize insights to uncover opportunities, validate solutions, and ensure our work is grounded in real needs. This role requires partnering closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing) to shape roadmaps, scope features, and iterate quickly. Moreover, this encompasses contributing to and evolving our design system (Citrus) while advocating for craft and consistency across the product, along with other internal design projects.
