Caribou seeks a Project Operations Manager to act as the connective tissue across our programs, business development, and internal leadership. This role blends project coordination, business development support, knowledge management, and process improvement to ensure Caribou delivers high-quality work and scales smoothly as a global, fully remote organisation. The Project Operations Manager will systematize opportunity scanning, maintain the BD toolkit and database, coordinate proposal processes, and manage the BD events calendar. They will also coordinate a portfolio of short-term projects, support resource planning, maintain programs data, facilitate programs reporting, streamline delivery, and oversee vendor management. Additionally, they will coordinate internal comms, support ELT with planning, and maintain Caribou’s internal knowledge management system. This role will continuously improve BD, program, and knowledge management systems and develop automation solutions.
