You will own and elevate Caribou’s earned media and communications strategy, growing brand awareness, shaping perception, and establishing Caribou as the leading authority in auto refinancing while advancing our mission to make car ownership more affordable and predictable.

As the Director of Product Management, you will own Ops & Lender Enablement by reducing internal and customer friction from application through funding by simplifying workflows, applying agentic AI, and optimizing contact center and support systems. Additionally, you will develop a competitive lending ecosystem with broad lender participation and competitive offers. The role requires hands-on work, user empathy, strong collaboration, and a focus on impact.

As a Senior Product Manager at Caribou, you will own user experiences/ ops tooling across our platform, driving measurable improvements in conversion and post signup experiences. You'll drive activation, retention, and product-led growth by improving onboarding, marketing channels and workflows partnering with Design and Engineering to deliver high-quality, intuitive UX surfaces for the web.

Provide stewardship over the codebases you're responsible for, striving for flexibility and agility in the face of expanding and changing business requirements. Run the SDLC for your team, efficiently and effectively delivering great software sprint by sprint. Continuously improve the processes and practices of your engineering team, ensuring they're doing their best work.
