As a Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical expert for the Sales Organization, consulting with prospective customers to tackle their business challenges and partnering with Account Executives to bring new customers onto Juniper Square’s software and services.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the overall sales efforts of Intellum by developing the sales team and methodology. This includes recruiting, hiring, and training new sales representatives, managing the overall sales forecast, and coaching direct reports to drive deal closure with strategies to continuously improve sales performance.
