The Unison team is seeking a dynamic VP of Sales/Origination to cultivate relationships with renewable energy property owners and develop a robust sales pipeline. The role involves managing a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing while employing a consultative approach to clients considering a ground lease buy-out
Required experience includes a Bachelorβs degree, 4+ years of B2C sales experience, natural sales talent with strong business acumen, and exceptional negotiation skills. Familiarity with real estate closing process and finance concepts such as IRR and NPV is a plus.
