About the Role:

• You will work directly with individuals and families to understand their protection needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• This is a fully remote, performance-driven career with qualified leads provided and no cold calling.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone consultations, provide quotes, explain coverage options, and guide clients through the application process.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM, follow up consistently, and manage your own pipeline and schedule.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development to strengthen sales performance.

Requirements:

• Valid life insurance licence in a Canadian province (excluding PEI and Quebec).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with telephone sales.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
