Senior Manager, Insurance Product Strategy

The Role:

• Manage Gravie’s insurance product roadmap and the product lifecycle process.
• Be responsible for new product features, from strategy to development to management.
• Build Gravie’s differentiation in the market and support our strategic goals.

You will:

• Drive cross-functional alignment on feature prioritization.
• Maintain Gravie's governance and processes within our insurance product lifecycle framework.
• Establish product planning rhythms and operating cadences.

You bring:

• Experience in health insurance product management, product operations, or related function.
• Familiarity with the health insurance product lifecycle.
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment across stakeholders.
