Senior Product Manager - Platform Lead

As Lead Platform Product Manager at Roo, you’ll own the strategy and execution for the core systems, tools, and services that power our labor marketplace. Your work will enable faster development, greater scalability, and improved reliability across the product. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and department leaders to create reusable infrastructure that unlocks value for both internal teams and external users. This is a high-impact role focused on building the foundation that other teams build on. You’ll work on both zero-to-one platform investments and scaling efforts that reduce complexity and accelerate product velocity. Your success will be measured by adoption, performance, and the leverage your team creates across the company.
