Job Description
The Product Manager develops the vision and strategy for the Usage and Provisioning Service within the Pax8 Platform. They work closely with other Product Managers, Engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to help define a roadmap that delivers value for both customers and the business. The Product Manager uses techniques such as design thinking, user testing, and experimentation to gain insights and build a strong understanding of our business and customers. They prioritize enhancements that will have the greatest impact and drive the strategy for the Usage and Provisioning Service products.
The Product Manager creates product artifacts, manages backlogs, and participates in iterating product processes. They own, communicate, and drive strategy for the usage and provisioning service product area to maximize our growth, speed-to-market, and value. The Product manager will also applies design and product thinking to create intuitive experiences and seamless customer journeys across the Marketplace, our services, and our External APIs.
