Renewal & Billing Specialist

Become the Renewal & Billing Specialist where you will help make the finance engine run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person for everything related to billing, cash collection, and financial operations. You will report to our Head of Finance and you will work closely with Customer Success, Operations, and Sales Teams. Own and optimize the Accounts Receivable process by following up with clients on overdue payments and managing tools like Upflow to drive efficient cash collection. Support Accounts Payable and help forecast cash flows and manage supplier payments. Manage Billing Operations by preparing quotes, handling plan upgrades and subscription changes in collaboration with the Sales & Customer success teams and ensuring correct product/subscription provisioning and becoming a Stripe wizard. Based on interest and skills, contribute to AI automation projects (e.g. Slack bots, finance ops tools) and assist with financial reporting and dashboards (e.g. Gsheet, Notion).
