Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients as a trusted regulatory and operational expert in skilled nursing and assisted living.
- Monitor, interpret, and communicate industry regulations and reimbursement updates.
- Independently analyze regulatory impacts across all levels of post-acute care organizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred, with Director of Nursing or comparable experience.
- Registered Nurse with AAPACN certification required.
- Strong thought leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
