About the Role:

• This is a remote opportunity for a hands-on software engineer with 3-6 years of experience building scalable, production-grade systems.
• You'll take ownership across the software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through testing and production readiness.
• The role combines strong TypeScript engineering with modern AI and LLM technologies, including agentic workflows and AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own complex software initiatives end to end, from design and implementation through testing, production readiness, and ongoing improvement.
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable backend systems and APIs using TypeScript and strong software craftsmanship principles.
• Design and deliver production-ready features while balancing business scope, technical quality, performance, and long-term maintainability.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-6 years of professional software engineering experience with production-grade TypeScript.
• Practical experience developing AI- or LLM-powered applications, including AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Strong engineering practices including TDD, CI/CD, code reviews, and Agile or Extreme Programming.
