The mission:
- You will be the global owner of the SDLC and DevEx practice.
- Your mandate is to turn Atlassian, DevOps, and AI expertise into repeatable professional services.
What you will own:
- Define and execute the global SDLC/DevEx practice strategy and business plan.
- Build and lead a network of regional Practice Leads across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Services to generate and close strategic opportunities.
Practice focus:
- DevOps and CI/CD modernisation.
- Developer Experience and agentic AI.
- Atlassian Software Collection adoption and enterprise SDLC modernisation.
