Responsibilities:
- Architect & Scale Full-Stack Services: Design, build, and maintain high performance APIs using Ruby on Rails and robust frontends using React.
- Database Engineering: Own the data architecture with advanced PostgreSQL data modeling, complex schema migrations, and query optimization.
- Modernize Infrastructure & DevOps: Manage containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes, and leverage Terraform for infrastructure as code.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional full-stack experience with production applications.
- Expert backend and database architecture skills in Ruby and SQL.
- Advanced React architecture proficiency and production PostgreSQL at scale.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in defense or public safety sectors.
- Familiarity with TAK ecosystem and biometric data compliance.
- Startup agility and mobile optimized API design experience.
