Core Responsibilities:
- Own the management and optimization of paid ad accounts for multiple clients, making independent decisions on campaign structure, budgeting, and scaling.
- Proactively communicate performance, issues, and needs to the cross-functional pod and clients without waiting for instructions.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to ensure trustworthy insights and optimize based on documented protocols.
Experience & Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on media buying experience managing significant daily spend across multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Deep proficiency in Meta Ads campaign architecture, conversion objectives, and platform updates, with Google Ads experience as a plus.
- Experience with third-party attribution tools and a strong understanding of funnel math connecting CPL, CAC, and ROAS to business outcomes.
Work Style & Environment:
- Strong asynchronous communication skills are essential, using tools like Slack and ClickUp primarily over meetings.
- Comfortable with direct feedback, high expectations, and staying current on platform changes independently.
- The role is fully remote for US residents, with work hours from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
