  • Independently build and launch campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels from briefs, assets, and strategic direction.
  • Structure campaigns with best-in-class account architecture, including audience builds, creative trafficking, and thorough QA before launch.

Optimization & Performance:

  • Own daily and weekly optimizations across all active campaigns, monitoring KPIs like CAC and ROAS, and making proactive adjustments.
  • Conduct account audits to identify inefficiencies and diagnose underperforming campaigns to implement improvements.

  • Expertly traffic creative assets and ad copy, ensuring proper specs and formats are applied across each channel.

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Growth Marketing and cross-functional teams to align strategy and surface opportunities.
