Analyze performance data to identify insights, diagnose issues, and inform budget allocation and testing priorities.
Implement and validate experimentation frameworks, including test setup, readouts, and next-step recommendations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in an analytical field or related field.
At least 2 years of proven growth marketing experience.
Solid track record of inspiring action based on data-driven insights.
