Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy to drive efficient customer acquisition and long-term revenue (LTV) growth.
- Manage and scale core performance channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, YouTube, PMax), optimizing toward CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets.
- Leverage platform algorithms and bidding strategies to drive double-digit gains in growth and efficiency.
Channel & Funnel Management:
- Build scalable growth engines by developing integrated marketing plans across paid, owned, and partner channels.
- Optimize the acquisition funnel end-to-end through cross-functional teams, improving conversion rates and LTV/CAC ratios.
- Establish scalable testing frameworks for rapid experimentation across channels, creatives, and landing experiences.
Strategy & Operations:
- Manage marketing investment portfolio with dynamic budget allocation to maximize marginal returns and scale efficiently.
- Implement automation, AI tools, and scripting to improve campaign management velocity and operational workflows.
- Translate ecosystem strategy into action using attribution models to optimize overall business performance.
