ROI & Performance Ownership:
- Own and maximise ROAS across all paid channels
- Develop and implement strategies to drive efficient CAC and sustainable growth
- Build growth plans based on LTV:CAC ratios and ARPU
Strategy & Execution:
- Define and execute the UA strategy across all platforms (Meta/Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Design and implement optimal campaign structures across all active platforms
- Continuously test and refine targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign setups
Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Identify and test new selling angles, creative approaches, and messaging strategies
- Provide data-driven feedback to guide creative direction across all channels
