Paid Acquisition Management:
- Own execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Support additional platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging channels.

Creative Testing:
- Launch and iterate on ad creative and messaging in partnership with the marketing team.
- Test new creative concepts including UGC, testimonials, and performance-driven formats.
- Identify patterns in winning creatives and scale successful concepts.
Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and improve key metrics including CAC, cost per published listing, and ROAS.
- Run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, placements, and campaign structures.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets.
