Job Description
In this role, you’ll lead Rula’s top-of-funnel earned strategy with a primary focus on organic social, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, consumer PR and events. You'll grow Rula’s brand presence online and beyond by building meaningful relationships with mental health advocates, high profile celebrities, influencers, industry thought leaders and other brand partners, while also steering earned conversations to support larger brand narratives and business priorities.
Your team will collaborate closely with other marketing functions to activate creator-driven campaigns, cultivate communities across platforms, and amplify brand advocacy through both micro- and macro-influencers. Press strategy and media relations will remain a part of your world—but your driving focus will be creating buzz worthy conversations where our audiences are most engaged: social media and real-world cultural moments.
This is a hands-on, strategic role that requires exceptional collaboration skills, an obsession with measurable results, strong brand storytelling instincts, and a pulse on emerging voices, trends, and platforms.
