The Role:
- As a Staff Security Engineer, you will secure AI-enabled systems, applications, and platforms across the organization.
- You will partner with engineering and product teams to embed security into every stage of the AI lifecycle.
- This hands-on role involves threat modeling, security architecture reviews, and influencing broader security strategy.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
- Implement secure engineering patterns and guardrails for AWS-native infrastructure and CI/CD environments.
- Evaluate third-party AI tools and partner with detection and incident response teams to improve AI-related capabilities.
About You:
- You have 8+ years of experience in application security, cloud security, or DevSecOps with significant AI security exposure.
- You are skilled in securing cloud-native environments (preferably AWS) and understand AI-specific risks like prompt injection and data leakage.
- You can translate complex risks into practical engineering requirements and lead cross-functional security initiatives.
