Backend Engineer, PHP

Join a cross-functional team of 5-10 people with designers, backend, frontend, mobile, and data engineers. They are supported by a platform engineering team. The team moves fast, experiment, learn a lot, and build new products for a growing base of 10+ million active users. This position will involve working with PHP/Symfony (primary language), Golang (secondary language), GraphQL (main communication method), CI/CD (50+ deployments per day), CQRS, Microservices, and orchestration with Saga / temporal.io as well as databases such as Influxdb Prometheus Redis ElasticSearch Mariadb Mysql Infrastructure Kubernetes Helm AWS Terraform. The ideal candidate will be a quick problem solver with good OOP skills, adaptive to feedback, with base knowledge of AWS, Terraform, Docker, and common patterns, prepared to work in a rock-n-roll environment.
