Responsibilities:
- Support project setup and financial administration by partnering with Accounting and Contracts.
- Monitor project financial status, prepare client reports and EACs, and track billing and receivables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate risks and support improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent government contracting experience.
- 2+ years for PA II, 4+ years for PA III, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint and knowledge of government contracting regulations (GAAP, CAS, FAR) desired.
