MS Project
Role Summary:
- Support project controls activities for AECOM's Buildings and Places Business Line.
- Partner with project managers to ensure financial, schedule, and performance targets are met.
- Work remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop fee proposals, project budgets, and financial forecasts with consistency across execution plans.
- Monitor project health through KPIs, financial reports, and monthly/quarterly reviews.
- Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and project closeout activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance with 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with COUPA, Salesforce, and project controls systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills.
