The AVP, Systems Integration, Digital Banking is a senior technical contributor responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions across the organization. This role sets technical direction, mentors engineers, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. The AVP, Systems Integration, drives architectural improvements, champions best practices, and ensures integration projects meet business and regulatory requirements. The person in this role will serve as a technical lead for complex software projects, setting standards for code quality, architecture, and best practices, as well as design, develop, and maintain solutions across cloud and on-premises systems. This position requires close collaboration with IT, Operations, Business Units, vendors, and partners to define integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
