You will work on diverse roles, collaborate with international colleagues, and contribute to innovative recruitment strategies. The job involves developing talent pipelines of high-quality candidates across multiple global geographies, identifying and engaging top tech and non-tech talent, and coordinating with Hiring Managers and Recruiters. You will also collaborate with team members to create innovative attraction and engagement strategies and search traditional and non-traditional sources.
