About the Role:
- Improve and stabilise an AI-powered voice platform built on ElevenLabs.
- Define architecture and operational standards, implementing improvements end-to-end.
- Work with a team to improve reliability, scalability, integrations, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the ElevenLabs environment and identify scalability issues.
- Plan and execute migration activities to an improved target-state architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AI workflows, integrations, and automation processes.
Requirements:
- Experience configuring, optimising, and troubleshooting ElevenLabs voice agents.
- Understanding of integrations, APIs, and middleware-driven architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across cloud-based and AI-powered systems.
