Resort Beach-Operation Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Beach-Operation Manager to join our luxury beachfront property in Doha, Qatar. As the Beach-Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our beach operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. Manage and coordinate all beach-related activities, including water sports, beach equipment rentals, and special events. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue. Lead, train, and motivate a team of beach staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Oversee inventory management of beach equipment and supplies. Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences. Manage budgets and financial performance of beach operations. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. Develop and maintain emergency response plans for beach-related incidents. Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative beach programs and services.
