Staff Data Scientist, Machine Learning

About the Role:

• We are seeking a hands-on Staff Data Scientist to architect and execute ML solutions and build the AI stack.
• This role combines deep foundations in classical ML with practical experience in building AI agents.

What We Are Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience across analytics, LLMs, data science, and applied ML.
• Product-focused ML experience including real-time anomaly detection and large-scale data processing.
• Domain expertise in identity threat signals and business ML applications like churn and revenue forecasting.

What You Will Own:

• Leading the AI stack roadmap from opportunity sizing to impact measurement.
• Ensuring robust performance and validation of real-time models.
• Establishing standards for model development, LLM evaluation, and cost management.
