Data Scientist

The Role:

• Operate as an internal AI consultant and technical lead, helping teams apply machine learning and generative AI to real-world problems.
• Explore complex datasets, design experiments, build and validate models, and collaborate with product, engineering, and security experts.
• Work autonomously, translating ambiguous ideas into working systems across multiple product lanes.

What You'll Do:

• Lead applied AI projects from concept to impact, prototyping and deploying practical ML and GenAI solutions.
• Act as an internal consultant across teams, evaluating approaches and advising on ML/AI best practices.
• Research, develop, and deploy models for malicious behavior detection, anomaly detection, and fraud analysis using classical ML to LLMs.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied data science, machine learning, AI engineering, or AI research.
• Strong Python skills and experience with Databricks, LLM APIs, and scikit-learn.
• Deep familiarity with modern LLM ecosystems including OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, and open-weight models.
