Role Overview:
- Provide senior-level analytics support for a federal strategic communications and stakeholder engagement program.
- Integrate communications, customer, and CRM data to help leaders understand message reach and organizational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design measurement frameworks and build dashboards for communications performance and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop CRM reporting standards and monitor data quality to ensure accurate insights.
- Analyze trends and present findings to Government leadership for decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- At least seven years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI or Tableau and strong CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
- Ability to translate analytical findings into clear narratives for nontechnical audiences.
