Job Description
Daily Responsibilities:
- Working with users daily via Slack, email, and Zoom.
- Understanding WorkOS’s products and codebase, supporting technologies such as SAML/OIDC, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Troubleshooting issues that arise from the developer and diagnosing any blockers.
Technical Expertise:
- Providing technical advice to developers on best practices for integrating with our API.
- Acting as a hard + soft skill mentor and escalation point to junior members of the team.
- Engaging customers for feedback to help shape product development.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a technical customer-facing support role for a developer-focused product.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for educating and breaking down complicated concepts.
