Senior Efficacy Research and Psychometrics Analyst, Khan Kids (24 months fixed-term)

Responsibilities:

• Lead psychometric research partnerships, including study design, data analysis, and interpretation of findings.
• Own Khan Kids' KPI dashboard and maintain integrations with app stores and data pipelines.
• Recruit and manage research partner sites, executing MOUs and coordinating data-sharing.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in psychometrics, educational measurement, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and statistical programming (R or Python) for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong communication and project management skills with attention to detail.
