- Maintain and run Polco’s recurring data processes, including GPAL and other analytic databases.
- Build and improve statistical and predictive models, and adapt existing models as needs change.
- Partner with Engineering to automate data workflows and make statistical tooling accessible.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (data science, statistics, economics) and 2+ years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; working knowledge of R is a plus.
- Strong foundation in statistics and curiosity about causal inference and agentic AI tools.
