Identity & Access Management:
- Own full identity lifecycle, including automated provisioning and timely access revocation.
- Govern external identities (B2B guest access) and non-human identities (service principals, managed identities).
- Administer ID platform with conditional access policies, identity protection, and PIM.
Endpoint, SaaS & End-User Support:
- Manage MDM/MAM environment for endpoints, including configuration profiles and compliance policies.
- Administer Enterprise tenant security baselines and DLP policies.
- Provide escalated technical support and support onboarding/offboarding automation.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years hands-on systems administration with at least 2 years explicit IAM responsibility.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles: identity lifecycle, RBAC, least privilege.
- Experience designing SSO and SCIM integrations and providing technical support with strong communication skills.
