Job Description
Guide 2–3 cross-functional teams through agile ceremonies and delivery planning, facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Identify and resolve impediments to ensure timely delivery of product increments. Support the team’s growth in agile maturity, promoting best practices and adaptive frameworks. Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads to align delivery with business value. Champion a continuous improvement mindset across teams and stakeholders. Act as a delivery enabler between stakeholders in regulated and unregulated business segments. Support the flow of work across Salesforce-related CRM initiatives. 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in enterprise environments and hands-on experience facilitating agile ceremonies.
