Pricing Financial Analyst

The Pricing Financial Analyst is responsible for independently managing the full lifecycle of pricing and cost analysis activities from pre-award proposal development through post-award contract execution and reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, DCAA, and DCMA guidance; exceptional analytical and Excel modeling skills; and the ability to operate autonomously while producing accurate, compliant, and defensible pricing deliverables. Key Responsibilities : Pre-Award Pricing & Proposal Support: Lead the development of compliant and competitive pricing and cost volumes for federal and commercial proposals. Build, maintain, and validate complex cost models and pricing spreadsheets. Interpret solicitation instructions, RFP requirements, and evaluation criteria to ensure all pricing deliverables meet FAR/DFARS compliance and customer expectations. Coordinate with capture, BD, finance, subcontracts, and PMO to gather data for cost narratives, BOEs, and subcontractor inputs.
