Product Operations Leader

The Product Operations Leader will act as the functional COO for Kraken Canada, overseeing day-to-day operations, regulatory audits, client lifecycle management, and market performance. They will lead product operations for global consumer trading products, owning business readiness, and operational success. The leader will partner with Product to deliver features that meet compliance requirements across jurisdictions, managing readiness and go-to-market of new products. They will drive cross-functional execution on roadmap milestones, compliance deliverables, and infrastructure upgrades, working closely with compliance teams to ensure audit-readiness. Additionally, they will partner with Finance and Data to own forecast inputs, monitor cost-performance metrics, and represent the operational side of Canada and the U.S. in discussions. The role involves championing a high-leverage operating model by defining metrics, improving systems, and elevating how Kraken builds regulated products.
