Senior Designers at Remote are highly experienced and are masters of their end-to-end design craft. They autonomously own design for a dev team or feature area while supported by their larger team. The payroll team helps build experiences that empower our customers to pay anyone, anywhere safely and compliantly. Here you will be challenged as a designer in the best way - this role is filled with fascinating, complex and meaty challenges that require primary research, robust strategy, innovative concepts and simple but brilliant execution. The design team is a thriving and growing community of designers who are maturing Remote’s end-to-end design practice. You are adept at using current and emerging AI tools and platforms to speed up and augment your design process, from ideation to delivery.
