Wind Engineering Strategy:
- Build and implement processes for wind project design consistency and quality.
- Establish early-stage engagement frameworks to improve capital cost visibility.
- Align technical execution with MW business planning to manage team capacity.
Design Excellence and Risk Management:
- Oversee the design of Balance of Plant infrastructure, including MV collection systems.
- Develop standardized approaches for identifying and mitigating design-related risks.
- Integrate site constraints into project designs through collaboration.
Team Development:
- Mentor and grow the Wind Project Engineering team.
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Provide technical leadership during construction and commissioning.
