Manager, GTM Systems Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a global team of Salesforce and full-stack engineers working across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Python, and Ruby on Rails.
• Define and enforce engineering best practices including Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, automated testing, and release management.
• Own the architecture and design governance of the GTM systems ecosystem, ensuring scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or Salesforce engineering with strong hands-on development in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• 2+ years of experience in people management leading engineering or technical teams.
• Strong proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language such as Python or Ruby on Rails.
