Sr Manager Development (Backend)

As Senior Engineering Manager you will architect and lead development of technical solutions that are secure, robust, performant, and scalable. Employ technical and thought leadership to drive products from inception to release. Write high quality, well-tested, readable and maintainable code that is a model for others to follow. Work with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business needs. Balance engineering costs of development, testing, deployment complexity, and run-time cost, to deliver optimum value. You will also be responsible for people development, resource management and enhancing overall productivity, identifying and recruiting internal/external talents and coach individuals to reach their maximum talent. Provide regular constructive feedback on coding, performance, development and address performance issues in a timely manner and recognize high performers.
