About the Role:
- Provide remote cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation support through telehealth and RPM.
- Monitor vital signs and coordinate timely interventions with multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to clinical research and improve digital care delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Review daily patient vitals and identify potential health concerns.
- Conduct wellness check calls and escalate abnormal readings.
- Document patient encounters and support billing claims accurately.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent; master's preferred.
- At least one year of clinical experience in cardiopulmonary rehab.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
