Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth customer discovery with sales teams to map business challenges to AI solutions.
Translate complex medical affairs requirements into actionable technological implementations and support project delivery.
Maintain best practice guides and playbooks to optimize AI solution adoption readiness.

Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years in Pharma/Biotech with 5+ years in medical affairs and an advanced life sciences degree.
Comprehensive understanding of medical insights processes and proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong strategic thinking and project leadership capabilities to address industry challenges.
