Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tax returns and deliver personalized video consultations to customers.
- Own the end-to-end client experience by supporting document collection and responding promptly to questions.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve workflows, processes, and our overall service model as we scale.
Experience:
- Active EA or CPA credential and a valid PTIN.
- 5+ years of paid individual tax prep experience; preference for remote work environments.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools with strong technical aptitude.
