About the Role:
- We are seeking a meticulous Global HR Content Writer to own our flagship resource, Globalpedia.
- The primary mission is to maintain and refresh country-specific expansion and compliance guides.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the rolling 6-month refresh cycle for all country pages, ensuring factual accuracy.
- Research and update data on labor laws, termination policies, and tax brackets.
- Structure content for AI search optimization to maximize visibility in AI-driven search engines.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years of writing experience with large-scale knowledge bases or technical documentation.
- Deep understanding of AI optimization, SEO, and extreme attention to detail.
- HR knowledge in PEO or EOR industries is highly preferred.
