Insurance Adjuster – Claims Analyst

Investigate claims and provide recommendations for settlement of claims, meeting directly with individuals and businesses impacted by disaster. The claims will be for New Mexico and will include required deployments up to 90 days at New Mexico claims centers with 1 to 2 weeks of at home/U.S. remote work. This position will be educated on the federal requirements and process. Guide applicants through the eligibility requirements, documentation, and submission processes with empathy and clarity. Utilize proper procedures for documentation per provided standards and regulations. Apply analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of a wide variety of administration issues and problems. Educate applicants and relevant stakeholders on FEMA’s Recovery regulations related to insurance.
