Podium is seeking a passionate Full-Stack Software Engineer in Brazil to join our Dev. Workflow team. You will focus on improving the efficiency of our engineering teams by developing and maintaining scalable systems, streamlining code commits and deployment processes through automation, and continuously improving the developer experience. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you'll collaborate across teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support, to identify needs and create innovative AI solutions.
Staying ahead of trends in AI and implementing these technologies, you will contribute to a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in software development with expertise in modern programming languages, a passion for AI, and strong problem-solving skills.
